2. Service Refund Eligibility
Refunds for automotive repair services may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Unsatisfactory Repair: If a repair does not resolve the original issue reported, we will first attempt to correct the problem at no additional cost. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full or partial refund may be issued.
- Unauthorized Work: Any work performed without your prior written authorization is eligible for a full refund, as required by California law.
- Overcharges: If the final invoice exceeds the written estimate by more than 10% without your prior approval, you are entitled to a refund of the excess amount.
- Service Not Completed: If we are unable to complete an authorized repair, you will only be charged for work actually performed and parts installed.
3. Parts & Materials
3.1 New Parts
New parts installed during service are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If a new part fails within the warranty period, we will replace it at no charge. Refunds for parts are available if:
- The part was installed incorrectly by our technicians
- The wrong part was ordered and installed
- The part is defective upon installation
3.2 Customer-Supplied Parts
We do not provide refunds or warranties for parts supplied by customers. Labor warranty still applies to the installation work performed by our technicians.
