• Mobile Auto Repair: On-site vehicle repair and maintenance services within our service area (Los Angeles and Orange County, 50-mile radius)
• Oil Change Services: Synthetic and conventional oil change services, available through membership plans or single-service appointments
• Diagnostic Services: Computerized diagnostics, engine light diagnosis, and comprehensive vehicle inspections
• General Maintenance: Brake services, fluid flushes, filter replacements, belt and hose services, and tune-ups
• Smog Testing: California state smog inspections and certifications
• Vehicle Sales: Pre-owned vehicle sales with quality assurance inspections

All services are performed by certified technicians and comply with California Bureau of Automotive Repair regulations.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Be the legal owner of the vehicle or have authorization from the owner to request service
• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
• Have a valid form of payment

4. Account Registration

When creating an account on our website, you agree to:

5. Service Authorization

6. Pricing & Payment

6.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, environmental fees, or shop supplies unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Payment Methods

6.3 Payment Terms

6.4 Late Payment

Unpaid invoices may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to place a mechanic's lien on vehicles with outstanding balances in accordance with California Civil Code.

7. Warranties & Guarantees

7.1 Service Warranty

All repair services performed by Name Century LLC carry a warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. This warranty covers:

• Defects in workmanship
• Parts failure due to improper installation
• Recurring issues related to the original repair

7.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
• Customer-supplied parts
• Modifications made by other service providers
• Consequential or incidental damages

7.3 Parts Warranty

Parts installed by Name Century LLC are covered under the respective manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you with warranty claims for parts we install.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Name Century LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

9. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and the issues it is experiencing
• Disclose any known hazardous conditions related to the vehicle
• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service (we are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items)
• Pick up your vehicle within 3 business days after being notified of service completion
• Maintain adequate insurance on your vehicle
• Not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms

10. Intellectual Property

All content on auto.namecentury.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Name Century LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without authorization
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website using automated means
• Frame or mirror any portion of our website

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

For disputes related to automotive repair services, you may file a complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair at www.bar.ca.gov or by calling (800) 952-5210.

12.4 Legal Proceedings

Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be filed in the courts of Orange County, California.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment for services rendered
• Abusive behavior toward our staff

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Any outstanding payments remain due.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All automotive repair services are performed in compliance with the California Business and Professions Code and Bureau of Automotive Repair regulations.

15. Changes to Terms
