How do I get a service quote?
You can request a free quote through our Service Quote page. Fill out the 4-step form with your vehicle and service details, and our team will send you a detailed quote within 24 hours. You can also chat with our AI assistant for instant estimates.
Do you offer warranty on repairs?
Yes! All repairs come with a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. Extended warranties are available for major repairs. Premium members receive an extended 24-month warranty on all services.
How long does a typical service take?
Oil changes: 30-45 minutes. Brake service: 1-3 hours. Engine diagnostics: 1-2 hours. Major repairs: 1-3 business days. We provide accurate time estimates with every quote and keep you updated throughout the process.
Do you offer loaner vehicles or shuttle service?
Premium members receive complimentary loaner vehicles for services exceeding 4 hours. We also offer a local shuttle service within a 10-mile radius for all customers during business hours.

What membership plans are available?
We offer three tiers: Basic ($19.99/mo) — priority scheduling, 10% parts discount. Premium ($39.99/mo) — all Basic benefits plus free oil changes, loaner vehicles, extended warranty. VIP ($79.99/mo) — all Premium benefits plus unlimited AI support, dedicated advisor, roadside assistance.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel anytime from your Membership Dashboard or by contacting us. No cancellation fees apply. Your benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for unused months are processed within 5-7 business days.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Upgrades are prorated for the remaining days in your current cycle. Contact support or manage your plan from your membership dashboard.
Billing, Invoices & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), debit cards, cash, personal checks, and bank transfers. Financing options are available for services over $500 through our financing page.
How do I access my invoices?
All invoices are emailed to you upon service completion. Members can also view and download invoices from their account dashboard. Need a copy? Contact us with your invoice number or submit a ticket below.
What is your refund policy?
If you're unsatisfied with any service, contact us within 30 days. We will either redo the work at no charge or issue a full refund. Parts refunds are subject to restocking fees (15%) unless defective. Membership refunds are prorated for unused months. Processing time is 5-7 business days.
Can I dispute a charge?

Do you offer test drives?
Yes! Schedule a test drive through the vehicle listing page or call us at (657) 670-7755. Test drives are available Monday-Saturday during business hours. Valid driver's license required.
What is your vehicle return policy?
We offer a 7-day/500-mile return policy on all vehicle purchases. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition with no additional damage. All accessories and documentation must be included.
